Home to the Daytona 500, this is the largest building I have ever worked on. Over one mile long and 6 stories in height, with 9 stories at the press/suite area, it has 5 major entrances referred to as injectors. Sponsorship was sold for each injector, allowing sponsors to develop the outside and inside of their area. The original structure had been added onto multiple times and we reused some of the original structure in the final design. The entire project had to be digitally scanned, just to understand where the existing superstructure was located.

The building has 3,200,000 s.f. of space with over 101,000 seats, this $400 million dollar project required a huge team of people to coordinate the documentation over a 5 year period of time. To celebrate the projects conclusion, ROSSETTI paid for the entire office to go to an opening event.
