Located in the heart of the city, this project helped kick off the rebuilding of Campus Martius as part of its master plan.

This 15 story building allowed Compuware to gather its entire workforce into one building, while helping to jump-start economic investment in Detroit. The 1,500,000 s.f. building provides a variety of amenities to all its employees and created one of the most flexible workspaces possible. Every floor was built on a raised floor mechanical plenum system, allowing for complete flexibility of office and work station location.

Amenities included a large day care center, wellness center, a market style cafeteria and parking for all employees.
